Controller
Lukinell SA (Juan de León 3457, Montevideo, Uruguay) is responsible for Drumo account data. For the documents and the people you invite, you are the controller and we process them on your behalf. Contact: drumo@pbk-advisors.com.
What we keep
Email addresses, your company’s name, activity in each room (sign-ins, documents opened and for how long, downloads, IP address) and confidentiality-terms acceptances. Payment details are kept by Paddle, not by us.
Why
To provide the service: let the right people in, mark documents, show activity to each room’s team, and send the service’s emails.
When you create a room we ask what it is for. Only if you tick the box for it, PBK Advisors, the advisory firm behind Drumo, may contact you about that transaction using your email address, your workspace’s name and the room’s purpose. It never uses the content of your rooms for that. You can ask not to be contacted by writing to drumo@pbk-advisors.com.
Who we share it with
The providers that run the service: hosting and database, email delivery, Paddle for payments and, where used, Google for converting Office documents. We do not sell data.
How long
For as long as the room or account exists. Deleting a room deletes its documents and its records.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to drumo@pbk-advisors.com.
