Cancelling
You can stop a room’s outside access at any time from Plan and billing. Nothing more is charged; viewers keep access until the end of the paid month and the room stays available, free, to your team.
Refunds
If we charged you in error, or you ask for a refund within 14 days of a room’s first payment, write to drumo@pbk-advisors.com and we will refund that payment. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the same payment method.
