Who we are
Drumo is a service of Lukinell SA (Juan de León 3457, Montevideo, Uruguay). Contact: drumo@pbk-advisors.com.
The service
Drumo lets you create data rooms to keep documents and share them with people you invite. Rooms are free while only your company’s team uses them. Opening a room to outside viewers has a monthly price per room, shown before you pay.
Your account
You are responsible for the email addresses you invite and for what you upload. Signing in needs a code sent by email; keep your mailbox secure.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as reseller and merchant of record and issues the receipts and any taxes due. Subscriptions renew every month until you stop them from the room; when you do, outside viewers keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your documents
Your documents are yours. We use them only to provide the service. You can download each room whole at any time. If you delete a room, its documents are deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to send unsolicited email. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may change these terms; we will email you about important changes with reasonable notice.
